Victorious Founders:

Damon Lewis

As a founding partner in Victorious Konsultium, Damon has consulted to the construction and property development industries for the past ten years. In this time, he has gained experience in property development, High Rise Building, Commodity Business Systems and Property Business strategic development. He recently joined an international commodity consortium as a senior consultant.

He has consulted to organisations such as Allies and Morrison architects and project managers in London on various ongoing developments and has vast experience in the Infrastructure Development and analysis. Damon has participated in all aspects of Project Management including Budget preparation, contract documentation, tender enquiries and letting and cost quality control. Damon also works in close cooperation with the Australian Master Builders Association.

Damon specialises in assisting organisations with International expansion in particular into the Middle East and North African Markets as well as giving direction and implementation.

Daniel Smirani

Daniel is a founding partner in Victorious Konsultium. His Marketing Communications experience spans more than ten years and includes application across various marketing positions roles within the import/export sector, research based consultancy and relationship marketing. Daniel has also honed his skills in marketing value creation management and relationship requirements gathering. These skills are often combined to act as an interpreter between businessmen and decision makers across different regions and markets.

He has consulted many companies in Australia, Europe and the Middle East such as AMP, Al Jazeera Network, Ronald Sterling & Sons, Simmens, Robert Flemmings Bank, Banque Commerciale, Lloyds Insurance, Summit Financial System, Infratest Burke, NFO World Group and Morgan Stanley. During this time Daniel has gained exposure in the Resource, Manufacturing, Export, Customer Services, Hospitality and Financial sectors primarily as a senior consultant.

Daniel is the communications director and has been involved into the expansion of VIKON into the MENA and Asian markets. VIKON will have soon offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Doha, Tunis and London.
